Pat Murphy, my service technician, is friendly, very knowledgeable, and passionate about taking care of my lawn. Once you’re on the schedule, Pat will send an SMS the day before to let you know work will be done the next day. After the work is finished, you’ll receive an email with what he saw and what was accomplished. The email will also inform you of what should be done in the future.”
